Our people is known as "corn men and women", due to being our main crop in Guatemala, even though we are in the top 5 exporters of sugar and in the top 10 exporters of coffee. We have all kinds of weather in Guatemala and we adapt to them, be it heat and coast, or cold and altitude.

LOS VOLCANES has allowed numerous employers the ability to bring capable foreign workers onto farms to perform agricultural work for the entire growing season. Most of these same workers return to work for the same employer year after year. Since it was established in 2008, LOS VOLCANES has become recognized as the expert on issues of legal immigration and agricultural labor. LOS VOLCANES continues to be referred to as an industry leader for employers who wish to apply for temporary alien agricultural labor certification for the purpose of employing H-2A and H-2B workers on a temporary or seasonal basis. LOS VOLCANES actively partners with other state/national organizations to keep abreast of the regulatory requirements of the program and extend that information to its members to ensure compliance.
